Mr. Alex Crowley with Boyle and Lowry. No Report currently. Councilman Zapanta was in attendance. Councilman Zapanta congratulated the Directors on their reappointments. Mr. Zapanta stated the next Council meeting is scheduled for December 12", Mr. Zapanta commented that two areas of ordinance are up for discussion, which are the card clubs and the data center sound ordinance. Mr. Zapanta stated that there is a lot of development coming to Irving that is very promising. Councilman Zapanta attended the VRA Master Board meeting and stated that the waterway tunnels were brought to his attention and the City will look into it, safety is most important.
