Richard English presented a revised Letter of Intent from Mr. Hericks, President of North Gate Property, LLC dated April 10, 2026 regarding the purchase of approximately 5.6 acres located adjacent to the AMUD Facility, 4300 Cimmaron Trail, DeCordova Bend Estates for Board consideration. As stated in the letter, the purchase price is $25,000 per acre as determined by a survey.
