The meeting was called to order by Mr. Jose Luis Ochoa, Jr. at 6:05 p.m., July 20, 2026, at which time Mr. Ochoa acknowledged the presence of the following Elected Members of the Board of the Agua SUD: Directors Present: Mr. Jose Luis Ochoa, Jr. Mr. Roel De Hoyos Mr. Gerardo Perez Mr. Ricardo Perez Dr. Adriana Villarreal Mr. Alex Moreno Directors Absent: Mrs. Ana Maria Perez With a quorum of the members of the Agua SUD being present, the meeting was duly convened. Mrs. Cynthia Villarreal presented the invocation. Public Comment: Jessica Perez, Palmview, TX, addressed the Board of Directors regarding a high bill due to a water leak on her property. She was advised by Agua SUD staff of high water consumption starting on April 24, 2026. She noted that she received two water bills totaling $1,236.00 for 228,400 gallons for April and May, and May and June. Ms. Perez requested the Board’s consideration for a reduction due to lack of notification. Francisco J. Perez, Penitas, TX, addressed the Board of Directors regarding low water pressure at his property. He noted that he had been dealing with the same issue for years and the issue has not been resolved. Mr. Perez requested the Board’s consideration for assistance.
