The Board reviewed the minutes of the meetings of August 22, 2023, copies of which were previously distributed to the Board. Upon motion by Director Jacobs, seconded by Director Higgins, after full discussion and the question being put to the Board, the Board voted unanimously to approve the minutes of the meeting of August 22, 2023, as presented.
