Coy Barton and his staff presented the District Annual Financial Report for the year ended September 30, 2025. Bob B. Zimmer moved the board approve the North Plains Groundwater Conservation District Annual Financial Report for the year ended September 30, 2025. Clinton Born seconded the motion, and it was unanimously approved by the Board.
