Zimmer moved the board approve the proposed contract with Dr. Jourdan Bell for consulting services beginning April 1, 2025 and ending September 30, 2025 with a total cost not to exceed $108,000.00 Mark Howard seconded the motion, and it was unanimously approved by the board.
