Mr. Miller was in attendance representing VRA. Mr. Miller commented regarding the issues of the fountains had been resolved by readjusting the running time on them, shutting down in the daytime and putting smaller heads on them, so now the birds are coming back to the ponds. Mr. Burke and Mr. Miller commented that they had met to discuss a couple of issues of mud backups and debris in certain residential areas and made plans to resolve the issues.
