The motion was made by Mr. Gerardo Perez and seconded by Mr. Roel De Hoyos, and unanimously approved by the Board. Gutierrez Engineering Corporation, Melden & Hunt, Inc., and ROW Surveying Services, LLC for Land Surveying Services. The motion was made by Mr. Ricardo Perez and seconded by Dr. Adriana Villarreal, and unanimously approved by the Board. . The Board of Directors awarded a quote/bid to C&C Waste Management for Sludge Management Services as the lowest responsible bidder, subject to negotiation of the mobilization fee.
