2. Consider approving minutes of the prior meetings held on April 25, 2023. The Board reviewed the minutes of the meeting of April 25, 2023, copies of which were previously distributed to the Board. Upon motion by Director Jacobs, seconded by Director Higgins, after full discussion and the question being put to the Board, the Board voted unanimously to approve the minutes of the meeting of April 25, 2023, as presented.
