Staff Report & Agenda Item Details

Discussion and possible action to amend budget for FY 2024-2025. Ms. Cochran explained that there were 3 categories – computer, consulting, & general counsel that exceeded the FY 24-25 budgeted amount – however; the total budget for the FY was still positive by ~ $12,600. The budget committee recommends transferring the interest earned from TexPool to the operating account and divide up the funds as appropriate to balance out the previous FY budget. Motion to transfer $53,500 from TexPool account to GCGCD operating account by Bill Jones. Second by Robert Raetzsch. Motion passed.
