3. Matters pertaining to 2024 Directors Election, including Approval of Joint Election Contract. President Jacobs entered the meeting at this time. Mr. Wilson reported that the District would be having an election on May 4, 2024. He presented the Joint Election Agreement and Contract for Election Services with Fort Bend County (the “Joint Election Agreement”), a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B. Upon motion by Director Jacobs, 139482507.1 seconded by Director Maxwell, after full discussion and the question being put to the Board, the Board voted unanimously to approve the Joint Election Agreement.
