Permit hearing Ranchy McRanchface, LLC located at 211 Darst field Road Seguin, TX 78155. Wilcox permit COM-2023- WX-01. Major permit amendment request to increase the annual quantity of groundwater authorized to be withdrawn from the Wilcox Aquifer by an addition of 112.542 AF/YR for a total of 640.897 AF/YR for a period of three years. Mr. Starcke read the request for the record. A recording of this permit hearing was made during the hearing, and serves as the official records of the hearing in accordance with Texas Water Code § 36.408(a). CALL TO ORDER – Mr. Starcke called the permit hearing to order at 4:36 PM. DETERMINE A QUORUM – Verified. Board members in attendance: Bill Jones, Hilmar Starcke, Jeff Schuehle, Rebecca Clark, Matt Miranda, Robert Raetzsch, and Chris Ayotte. Others in attendance (in person & virtually): Attached sign in sheet. Guadalupe County Groundwater Conservation District (“GCGCD”) Staff provided forms to members of the public who wished to participate in the hearing on Ranchy McRanchface, LLC’s permit amendment. The forms provide an option for members of the public to either offer public comment on the application or qualify as an affected person with standing to participate in the hearing as parties in support of or to protest the application.
