Consideration and Approval of Financials: Mr. Holcomb presented the financial information to the Board. There were no unusual expenses or items of note for the District’s operations. With regards to tax, the financial audit was completed for FY 2018 and paid out of tax funds within the quarter. Mr. Holcomb discussed the updated graphs being presented, as well as the idea of reserve funds. As of June, the District has collected 85% of its tax revenues. Mr. Holcomb noted that grant funds have allowed the District to grow. Mrs. Ross motioned to approve the financials. Mrs. Hartsfield seconded the motion. All members voted in favor, therefore the motion passed.
