The Board of Directors received a report from the District Engineer on ongoing projects, including: a. NAD Bank Technical Assistance Agreement (Sewer Hook-ups). NAD Bank Technical Assistance Agreement (Sewer Hook-ups). SAMES provided the following summary progress report update: Preliminary Planning Progress, Engineering Design Progress, Procurement Progress, and Award & Notice to Proceed Progress have been completed for Phase 2. The construction notice to proceed was issued on May 8, 2024, with a substantial completion of February 2, 2025 (270 calendar days) and a construction final completion date of March 4, 2025 (300 calendar days), March 26, 2025 (with 22 days added from Change Order 2), and August 31, 2025 (with 180 days added to amended Change Order 2). Construction is approximately 100% complete. The release of retainage issued and delivered to NADBank on September 26, 2025. The Contractor (Mor-Wil, LLC) granted a warranty of two (2) years from the date of substantial completion (March 18, 2025). b. SH 495 (Veterans Blvd.) Utility Relocation & Adjustments Project — SAMES provided the following summary progress report update: Preliminary planning progress is completed.
