Review Palmer Drought Index, current drought maps, and TexMesonet rainfall data in GCGCD area. Ms. Hrncir gave a detailed description of the differences between the Palmer Drought and Texas drought maps. Calendar year 2024 rainfall totals for the District as well as the Seguin area were displayed.
