5. Discuss AWBD conference and take any appropriate action. Mr. Wilson discussed the upcoming Association of Water Board Directors (“AWBD”) conference. He stated that historically, the Board has approved reimbursement for a hotel for the night before and after the conference. It was the consensus of the Board to keep the same policy. He noted that the outgoing director would cancel their reservation for the conference and the new director would need to register. President Boards stated that AWBD can transfer bookings once they are aware of the new director.
