Ms. Hill reported to the Board. Director Correa made the following motion: “Motion that the proposal from Three Box Strategic Communications for the period October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026 be passed and approved in an amount not to exceed $95,000.00.” Director Stephan seconded the motion which was unanimously approved. President Calvery did ask the Board to keep in mind for this upcoming year the mission of IFCD III and what to prioritize regarding the community events and programs.
