APPROVAL OF PROPOSAL FROM THREE BOX STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS

Ms. McCasland addressed the Board regarding the Proposal and offered to answer any questions if needed. Ms. McCasland talked a bit about what the focus for the upcoming year proposal will entail, along with promoting this being the 40" year of IFCD 3 existence. Director Correa was very happy with receiving feedback from Three Box regarding social media questions and answers so the Directors are on top of what the residents are curious about. Director Arsanare made the following motion: “Motion that the proposal from Three Box Strategic Communications for the period October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024 be passed and approved in an amount not to exceed $103.000.” Director Arceo seconded the motion which was unanimously approved.
