The meeting was called to order by Mr. Jose Luis Ochoa, Jr. at 6:04 p.m., January 19, 2026, at which time Mr. Ochoa acknowledged the presence of the following Elected Members of the Board of the Agua SUD: Directors Present: Mr. Jose Luis Ochoa, Jr. Mr. Roel De Hoyos Mr. Gerardo Perez Mr. Ricardo Perez Mrs. Ana Maria Perez Dr. Adriana Villarreal Mr. Alex Moreno Directors Absent: None With a quorum of the members of the Agua SUD being present, the meeting was duly convened. Mrs. Cynthia Villarreal presented the invocation. Public Comment: Micaela Lopez, 7806 Gooch Road, addressed the Board of Directors regarding a water leak on her property. She noted that she discovered the leak too late and received a water bill totaling $860.64. Ms. Lopez requested the Board’s consideration for a reduction or other assistance, as she is currently without work. Muneer Ahmed, Manager of La Mexico, Palmview, addressed the Board of Directors regarding a water leak in various areas of his building. He mentioned that when the water leaks were identified, it was too late, resulting in a high bill of more than $1,000. Mr. Ahmed requested the Board’s assistance, as his business was too slow at the time. Patricia Pena, 810 Tierra Linda Circle W, addressed the Board of Directors regarding ongoing sewer back-up issues she has experienced twice a month since the system was installed. Ms. Pena requested the Board’s assistance to help fix the issue.
