Mr. Miller was in attendance. Mr. Miller commented that all is usual at this time of year. They will be starting the fall planting and as always, their main purpose in the plantings is to target erosion. Mr. Miller introduced VRA’s Common Area Manager Mr. John Salopek to the Board. Mr. Burke volunteered to meet with Mr. Salopek to go over some property identification maps because it is difficult to see what entity is responsible for the maintenance and repairs if needed.
