CALL TO ORDER. The meeting of the Board of Directors of Irving Flood Control District Section III was called to order by the District’s President and presiding officer, Chris Calvery, at 6:30 p.m. at the Dallas County Utility and Reclamation District Office, Jacky Knox Administration Building, 850 E. Las Colinas Blvd., Irving Texas 75039. ROLL CALL. The roll was called of the duly constituted officers and members of the Board of Directors of Irving Flood Control District Section III, which members and officers are as follows, to wit: Chris Calvery, President Present William Correa, Vice President Present Anna Arceo, Treasurer Absent Douglas Stephan, Secretary Present Shree Asanare, Director Present A quorum was declared to be present. Others present were: Dallas Burke, Tammy Tyrone, Pam Shelson, Amanda Hill of Three Box, Cathy Cunningham for Boyle and Lowry and Bruce Miller, John Salopek with VRA and Laura Anderson (Citizen)
