The purpose for the final audit is to officially close out the books. The base fee, including expenses, is in an amount not to exceed $5,000. After discussion, a motion was made to approve the audit engagement letter from GMS to conduct the final audit of the Brazos Regional Public Utility Agency at the base fee in an amount not to exceed $5,000.
