Mr. Alex Crowley with Boyle and Lowry was in attendance. No report at this time. Councilman A! Zapanta was in attendance. Mr. Zapanta commented on several topics regarding the City of Irving, Budget Retreat which was August 14, Budget meeting coming up August 28 and the Audit and Finance meeting September 9. Councilman Zapanta attended the VRA HOA last week. Mr. Zapanta gave the date of October 22 for the Lake Chapman tour with the City of Irving providing a bus for all who would like to go.
