General Counsel Mr. Alex Crowley read the Board into Executive Session at 7:25 P.M. No action is to be taken in the Executive Session. All the people except the Board of Directors, DCURD staff and General Counsel left the room. General Counsel read the Board out of Executive Session at 7:54 P.M. No action was taken. The next scheduled Board meeting is January 27, 2025. The meeting location will be here at the DCURD office. ADJOURNMENT AT 8:00 P.M.
