CHAPTER 551, TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE, OPEN MEETINGS, AS AMENDED. MS. SHELSON, DCURD, certified that the Board was in compliance with the TEXAS OPEN MEETINGS LAW, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551. Vice President Correa asked if there was a motion to approve the Minutes. Director Arceo made a motion that the minutes of the Board Meeting held May 19, 2025, be approved as written. Directors Asanare seconded the motion, which was unanimously approved.
