Review of 2024 Certified Appraisal Rolls for the Authority's district in Kleberg and Nueces Counties. The Board reviewed the Certified Appraisal Rolls from Kleberg County Appraisal District and Nueces County Appraisal District. The KCAD appraisal roll reflects a final cettified value of $1,708,852,185 and the NCAD final cettified value is $1,510,964,403.
