The Board of Directors took no action on authorizing General Manager to extend the existing contract with the Insurance Agent of Record for Property, Casualty, and Workers’ Compensation. The motion was made by Mr. Ricardo Perez and seconded by Mr. Roel De Hoyos, and was unanimously approved by the Board.
