3. Consider approving minutes of the prior meetings held on March 11, 2026 and March 24, 2026. The Board reviewed the minutes of the meetings of March 11, 2026 and Marh 24, 2026, copies of which were previously distributed to the Board. Upon motion by Director Boards, seconded by Director Maxwell, after full discussion and the question being put to the Board, the Board voted unanimously to approve the minutes of the meetings of March 11, 2026 and March 24, 2026, as presented.
