2. Bookkeeper’s Report including approving payment of the bills. Mr. Wilson recognized Ms. Johnston, who presented to and reviewed with the Board the Bookkeeper’s Report and Investment Report, copies of which are attached hereto as Exhibit B. Ms. Johnston reviewed the disbursements and presented checks 1854 through 1872 from the general operating fund (“GOF”). She presented additional check nos. 1873 through 1877, not listed in the report, for deposit refunds. She then presented checks 1264 through 1272 from the sewer treatment plant (“STP”) fund for the Board’s approval. She also presented holding check no. 1273 to Centerpoint. Director Maxwell joined the meeting via teleconference at this time. Upon motion by Director Boards, seconded by Director Higgins, after full discussion and 305101831.1 after the question being put to the Board, the Board voted unanimously to approve the Bookkeeper’s Report, to authorize payments in the amounts, to the persons, and for the purposes listed therein as presented and to approve additional checks nos. 1873 through 1877 and holding check no. 1273.
