Consideration and Approval of FY 2020 Annual Budget: Mr. Holcomb reminded the Board with regards to the Tax budget, revenue is calculated at a 90% collection rate. Mrs. Ross motioned to approve the FY 2020 Annual Budget. Mrs. Hartsfield seconded the motion. All members voted in favor and the budget was approved.
