Action Agenda 3.a.- Receive 89" Texas Legislature Update from Tom Forbes. Mr. Forbes addressed the board via Zoom and discussed his activities related to the 89t Texas Legislature. Mr. Forbes briefly reviewed the status of various bills that are of interest to the District and reported he has future meeting scheduled seeking support for the Agriculture Water Conservation Fund. The report was for informational purposes, no motion was made.
