12. Discuss Commercial Card Policy and take any necessary action. Mr. Graham presented to and reviewed with the Board the Order Adopting District Credit Card Policy and Procedures (the “Order”), a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit M. Discussion ensued regarding adding a provision for providing the general manger authorization of emergency repairs up to $5,000 with approval from the supervising director. Upon motion by Director Higgins, seconded by Director Smith-Boards, after full discussion and the question being put to the Board, the Board voted unanimously to approve the Order, with the addition of a provision that the general manager has authorization to approve emergency repairs up to $5,000 with approval from the supervising director. Discussion ensued regarding the limit for the credit card. Upon motion by Director Smith- Boards, seconded by Director Jones, after full discussion and the question being put to the Board, the Board voted unanimously to approve a limit of $25,000.
