Mr. Sam Hawk with Boyle and Lowry was in attendance. No Report currently. Councilman Al Zapanta was in attendance. Mr. Zapanta commented that Council had just finished the Budget Retreat the prior week. Council Zapanta updated the Board on several topics in the City of Irving, such as Federal fundings, Infrastructure projects and roads looking at going into next year. Lots of things happening in Irving.
