Review of 2026 Certified Appraisal Rolls for the Authority’s district in Kleberg and Nueces Counties. The Board reviewed the Certified Appraisal Rolls from Kleberg County Appraisal District and Nueces County Appraisal District. The KCAD appraisal roll reflects a certified estimated value of $1,861,206,589 and the NCAD final certified value is $1,834,093,563.
