Mr. Sam Hawk with Boyle and Lowry was in attendance. Councilman Al Zapanta was in attendance. Mr. Zapanta commented that there is some new Councilman that’s been elected to the City of Irving, and some changes to Boards and Commissions. The Mayor asked Councilman David Phaff and Mr. Zapanta to manage the appointments for these Boards. Councilman Zapanta stated that legislature is changing the character of our cities regarding affordable housing, multi family housing and how it will affect the cost of water, sewer, infrastructure and traffic. Mr. Zapanta invited the Board to go on a tour of the facility of Lake Chapman, where Irving gets its water supply, President Calvery would also like the City of Irving Council to come and tour the pump station at Flood 3.
