Action Agenda 3.e.- Review and consider approval of over production Proposed settlement tiers and letters. During the Board of Directors meeting held on May 13, 2008, the Board authorized the General Manager to send over production settlement letters to producers who reported production that exceeded the maximum allocation per GPU. This settlement was a tiered
