15. Discuss TWDB funding programs and workshops. The Board reviewed information on Texas Water Development Board (“TWDB”) for funding programs and workshops, copies of which are attached hereto as Exhibit L. President Jacobs requested that directors be reimbursed for the upcoming TWBD workshop on November 15, 2022. Upon motion by Director Jacobs, seconded by Director Higgins, after full discussion and the question being put to the Board, the Board voted unanimously to approve the reimbursement. It was the consensus of the Board to defer further discussion of funding programs at the next meeting.
