Consideration and Approval of the FY 2019 Certified Appraisal Roll: Mr. Holcomb reminded the Board that taxes are collected retroactively. Legislation that was recently approved increased the District’s exempted value. Mrs. Ross motioned to approve the 2019 Certified Appraisal Roll as presented, with a second by Mrs. Hartsfield. All members voted in favor and the roll was approved.
