Notice of Hearing and Regular Meeting of the Upper Trinity Groundwater Conservation District (UTGCD). R. English informed the Board that under the Public Hearings, Section A, Aqua Texas, Inc. is requesting a substantial increase in their operating permit for the Canyon Creek area. Aqua Texas serves water to Canyon Creek and is an AMUD Wholesale Water Customer. This request may be due to a regulation of the TCEQ. If so, we may be contacted by Aqua Texas to amend their wholesale water contract. 5 - - Open Items
