The Board reviewed the minutes of the meeting of May 13, 2026, May 18, 2026 and May 26, 2026, copies of which were previously distributed to the Board. Upon motion by Director Boards, seconded by Director Randall, after full discussion and the question being put to the Board, the Board voted unanimously to approve the minutes of the meeting of May 13, 2026, May 18, 2026 and May 26, 2026, as presented.
