The Board of Directors received a report from the District Engineer on ongoing projects, including: a. NAD Bank Technical Assistance Agreement (Sewer Hook-ups). SAMES provided the following summary progress report: Preliminary Planning Progress, Engineering Design Progress, Procurement Progress, and Award & Notice to Proceed Progress have been completed for Phase 2. The construction notice to proceed was issued on May 8, 2024, with a substantial completion of February 2, 2025 (270 calendar days) and a construction final completion date of March 4, 2025 (300 calendar days), March 26, 2025 was extended and approved by Change Order 2, resulting in a revised final completion date. Mor- Wil (contractor) must resubmit/amend Change Order 2 for approval by NADBank. SH 495 (Veterans Blvd.) Utility Relocation & Adjustments Project - SAMES provided the following summary progress report: Preliminary planning progress is completed.
