He reported the manufacturer, Endress+Hauser will be onsite July 23rd to work on and /or to give us direction to issues/problems we are experiencing with the effluent meter at WWTP No. 1. He informed the Board that Orchard 16 Development in Pecan Plantation has connected to the waterlines.
