Ms. Amanda Hill of Three Box was in attendance. Ms. Hill reported that the Fall Newsletter should be in mailboxes by November 22. Ms. Hill presented a new format on the communications report, which the Board liked. Ms. Hill commented that the Valley Ranch Elementary School and Canyon Ranch regarding the flood control programming in spring, will get together with Mr. Benefiel and Board to see about timing and preparation.
