The Operations report was provided at the meeting. Mr. Benefiel gave updates on several of the projects within the District. Mr. Benefiel reported that the inspection phase of the levee recertification is complete and is now waiting for the final report. Mr. Benefiel and Mr. Burke commented on how useful Scoops LIDAR system will be regarding water levels to see what areas need dredging and will have a history of dredging and detecting wall structure. The GIS App will come in handy to upload that information. Ms. Amanda Hill was in attendance for Three Box. Ms. Hill commented that the past month has been pretty much normal business, maintaining the website and engagement with residents on social media. Ms. Hill presented the 2025-2026Ccommunications Program Proposal for the Board to review for upcoming Agenda.
