Discussion and possible action to approve updated financial report for FY 24-25: Ms. Cochran explained that the FY 24-25 financial report was updated following the budget amendment approved at the October 9th meeting. The updates are reflected in the expense categories for general counsel, consultants, and computer and under the income – interest earned category. Motion to approve the updated FY 24-25 financial report by Rebecca Clark. Second by Chris Ayotte. Motion passed.
