The District remains in contact with the RV owners; GCGCD will be coordinating with GCUWCD to extend our water level maps to include both districts’ data; The District held a pre- application meeting with CRWA on January 22nd to discuss plans to amend their Carrizo permit. Ms. Cochran has subsequent meetings scheduled with their consultant RW Harden to discuss modeling and with CRWA’s new water resources manager to review the permit documents and begin the application process; Non- compliant wells: The District became aware of two drillers that submitted State of Texas Well Reports stating surface slab and surface completion by driller, but the field inspection revealed those wells to have either improper completion or no surface completion. Site 1: The monitoring well K5 at the Kiteboard ranch – driller Donald Foster, left the well without an annular seal or surface slab. Ms.
