The Operations report was provided at the meeting. Mr. Benefiel showed slides of the Ledbetter project, addressed the hog issue in Valley Ranch concerning the gates being left open and residents yard damages, Board discussed best areas for setting traps. Mr. Benefiel talked a bit about Scoop awaiting new batteries, Director Arceo is asking for a comparison rate of how much savings Scoop is to manpower. Ms. Amanda Hill of Three Box was in attendance. Ms. Hill reported there was a 25% increase in viewing audience since some adjustments were made on social media. Ms. Hill mentioned that the project judging at Valley Ranch Elementary will be February 21, and that Three Box will be assisting IFCD III in developing content for the VRA annual meeting February 25.
