1. - Public Comment Floyd French addressed the board and stated he had been trying for three years to receive his annual production report via USPS and that he had been unsuccessful with the staff. He stated he was concerned should he pass that his beneficiaries would be unable to access his email and would be penalized for not filing the report timely.
