GCGCD staff and geoscientist – Ms. Cochran reviewed details of the current permit and summarized the seven requested amendments. No cross-examination (“questions”) from the applicant. Ms. Cochran responded to questions from individuals with party status. Ms. Bush reviewed details of the pump test that was performed on the property of Ranchy McRanchface, LLC in February of 2026, referencing the technical memorandum completed by Advanced Groundwater Solutions (AGS), and the technical memorandum completed by Amy Bush, P.G., Bence Close, P.E., and District staff. Ms. Bush responded to questions from the GCGCD Board of Directors. Ms. Peach provided a review of her involvement with the pump test and answered questions from the Board and the applicant.
