3. Authorize Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP to prepare Requests for Proposals for engineering and bookkeeping services. Mr. Wilson reviewed the Agreement with Bookkeeping Services with Protocol Bookkeeping, Inc. (the “Agreement”), a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit C. He stated that the Agreement authorizes Protocol Bookkeeping, Inc. to perform bookkeeping services for the District on an hourly basis until a new bookkeeper is hired. Upon motion by Director Higgins, seconded by Director Smith-Boards, after full discussion and the question being put to the Board, the Board voted unanimously approve the Agreement. It was the consensus of the Board to authorize NRF to prepare Requests for Proposals for engineering and bookkeeping services.
